Warning 6570

  • Short Text: Completed School Term is ‘No’ for an enrollment record that includes the school term end date.
  • Long Text: Completed School Term is ‘No’ for an enrollment record that includes the school term end date. Completed School term ‘Yes’ would typically be expected if a school enrollment period includes the school term end date. Review the Completed School Term codes and enrollment dates.

  • Business Rule Impact:

  • Calculation-- Enrollment Period includes Agency End Date AND CST = N.
  • Logic-- (1) Runs for all records. (2) Compared enrollment period to agency end date. (3) This rule is not run for Possible Full-Term Dropout (FTD) records.
  • How to Fix: Check to see if the student truly completed the school term. If the student did not complete the school term, remove the school term end date. If the student completed the school term, verify the correct end date to ensure it matches what is currently in the system. Acknowledge the warning, and then change the Completed School Term field to ‘Yes’.

  • Example: Paul's record shows that his last school term ended June 13, 2016, but District Deb sees a warning on his record that he didn't complete the school term. Deb checks attendance records and sees Paul did indeed complete the last school term. She alters the Completed School Term value to Yes and acknowledges the warning.
